No. The warranty is designed to safeguard you against sudden, unexpected mechanical and electrical faults. It does not cover parts that have simply reached the end of their natural performance life due to normal usage.
For all approved claims, the warranty covers the cost of diagnostics, replacement parts, and labour, in line with your terms and conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on your warranty certificate, our warranties feature zero excess and no claim limits.
Purchasing and validity
Yes, absolutely. You can secure your extended warranty at any time while your manufacturer's warranty is still active. Your new cover will seamlessly kick in the moment your manufacturer's warranty expires, ensuring no gap in protection.
You may still be eligible! If there has been a gap between the end of your manufacturer's warranty and the start of ours, your vehicle will simply need to pass a quick technical inspection by one of our authorised partners. If no pre-existing, warranty-affecting faults are found, your cover can be issued straight away.
Yes. Provided your vehicle still meets our age and mileage requirements at the time, you can usually renew your warranty without needing another technical inspection.
Your warranty remains active until either the expiry date or the mileage limit shown on your warranty certificate is reached—whichever comes first.
Servicing
Not necessarily. While we highly recommend using an authorised dealer, you are welcome to use any experienced, professional garage. The key requirement is that they service your vehicle in strict accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and keep a proper, stamped service record.
Yes. Keeping up with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule is a condition of keeping your warranty valid.
To help keep your engine running perfectly, we also highly recommend changing your engine oil every 10,000–15,000 km and your automatic gearbox fluid around every 100,000 km, or as recommended by the manufacturer.

Making a warranty claim
If you suspect a fault, please contact the repairer or dealer listed on your warranty certificate as soon as possible to book your vehicle in.
Note: If you purchased your warranty directly through our website, this will be the repair partner you selected during checkout.
The garage will diagnose the issue and submit a warranty claim to us along with a repair estimate. Once we approve the claim, the garage will carry out the work and we will settle the costs directly.

Yes, always. All warranty repairs must be authorised by us before any hands-on work begins. This is a vital step to ensure your claim is fully covered and to avoid any unexpected out-of-pocket costs.
If you're driving abroad and experience an issue, please follow these steps:
- Where possible, contact us before any repairs start.
- Take your vehicle to the nearest authorised main dealer or a qualified local garage.
- Ask them to diagnose the fault and provide a clear repair estimate.
Selling your vehicle
Having a warranty can really boost your car's resale value! The policy can be fully transferred to the new private owner.
To arrange this, simply notify us in writing within 30 days of selling the vehicle so we can update the ownership details on the warranty certificate. Please note that a small transfer fee may apply depending on your specific policy.

Peace of mind
Your warranty provider is the selling dealer or repair workshop named on your warranty certificate.
To give you complete peace of mind, their obligations are fully backed by insurance. This guarantees that your valid warranty claims will continue to be paid and honoured, even in the unlikely event that the dealer ceases trading.
